Weddings at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe are a magical affair indeed, whether it’s an intimate ceremony of two or a festive gathering of 350 of your closest friends and family. With its 80 charming guestrooms, cottages and villas dotting the 21 landscaped acres, the elegant Inn is its own enchanted village offers the perfect space for your nuptials.
The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe’s Wedding Professional will assist in coordinating all of the wedding details associated with the Inn, including the food and beverage, venue set up, and guestroom coordination. Amenities include a wide variety of onsite venues for all of the events surrounding your wedding weekend, Bridal party changing room, creative catering, ranging from buffet-style setups to lavish plated dinners and brunches, ceremony chairs, house linens and napkins, house chairs, table settings & glassware, votive candles for the cocktail and dinner reception, market lights for the Azalea Lawn and a dance floor set up, if desired, and a complimentary night stay for the bride and groom.
Please note, The Inn requires a professional wedding coordinator to assure all of the personalized details, beginning with the coordination of the rehearsal, to the specific place setting set-up, vendor arrival, departures, and timelines are attended to as specified by the bride and groom.
