The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe’s wedding professional will assist in coordinating all of the wedding details associated with the Inn, including the food and beverage, venue set up, and guest room coordination. Amenities include:

• Wedding venues – The Inn offers a variety onsite venues for all of the events surrounding your wedding weekend
• Cuisine – creative catering, ranging from buffet-style setups to lavish plated dinners and brunches
• Mixology – The Inn’s whiskey educator can custom craft signature cocktails for your event
• Rentals – ceremony chairs, house linens and napkins, house chairs, table settings & glassware, votive candles for reception decor, market lights for the Azalea Lawn and a dance floor set up
• Bridal party changing room
• Accommodations – complimentary night stay for the bride and groom

Please note, The Inn requires a professional wedding coordinator to assure all of the personalized details, beginning with the coordination of the rehearsal, to the specific place setting set-up, vendor arrival, departures, and timelines are attended to as specified by the bride and groom.
