Dear Guest,

Thank you for selecting The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe for your upcoming travels. We have implemented a multi-pronged approach to meet the cleanliness and hygiene requirements of our “Commitment to Clean” standards. We wanted to outline a few of the changes and enhancements you should expect during your stay – including changes to our amenities, services, and facilities.

Here is what you can expect when you’re with us.

 

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is once again welcoming guests.

As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe.  In anticipation of your arrival, we would like to make you aware of property changes due to the current circumstances:

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is always our top priority. Effective May 1st, 2020: In compliance with San Diego County’s Public Health Order, a face covering is required for all persons age two and up, including hotel guests, when in public areas (such as lobbies or outlets) or within six feet of another person from a different household.

CONTACT LITE EXPERIENCE

Through our Marriott BonvoyTM mobile app, we are able to provide you with the exceptional experience you expect, with minimized contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take full advantage of our "Contact Lite" service options, including Mobile Check-In, Mobile Check-Out, Mobile Key, Chat, and Guest Requests.

HOUSEKEEPING

A light refresh of your room will be available daily. At check-in, you will be asked if you would like to decline or receive daily service throughout your stay. Should you decide to decline housekeeping service, please know we are still here to accommodate your needs! Just call the front desk to request any items you may need and we can arrange for contactless delivery to your room door. For our extended stay guests, we will provide housekeeping service every four days.

We are committed to making our property’s amenities available to you while complying with local regulations. Please note these modifications:

In-Room Dining

Available every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Morada Restaurant

Currently open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

The Huntsman

Currently open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Spa

Currently open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Saturday morning yoga: 8:45a.m. – 9:45a.m. |$15 per guest Sunday morning Energizing & Empowering Bootcamp: 8:45a.m. – 9:45a.m. |$15 per guest

Pool

The pool area is open. Reservations are required in order to enforce adequate social distancing. Click here to make pool reservations  The front desk can also be reached at 858.756.1131 for assistance. Reservations are currently limited to one two-hour time period per room per day, but can be extended on a space-available basis. Food and Beverage cannot be offered by the pool area at this time. The Jacuzzi remains closed per San Diego County’s Public Health Order.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests can sign up for a time to use the fitness center at the following link: Click here to reserve a time. The front desk can also be reached at 858.756.1131 for assistance.

Valet service is not available at this time. Complimentary self-parking is included in our resort fee.
Please park in any available space in the valet or guest parking areas and proceed to the front
desk to check-in.

For guests making new reservations for arrival dates on or after April 1, 2021, individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of the reservation will apply.

A LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER

I appreciate the trust you place in our hotel and staff when you stay with us. The security and safety of our guests and team members, remains our highest priority.

Our hotel was built with the spirit of hospitality in mind and it is in that spirit that we show care and concern at every level. We are in the business of serving people and I want to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety both now and in the future.

While there have been no cases reported at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, in an abundance of caution, The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health departments and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

I know I speak for every member of our The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe family when I say that we take the greatest pride in the role we play in the lives of our customers, personally and professionally. I want you to know that you can continue to rely on us.
