We look forward to welcoming you to The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. In anticipation of your arrival, we
would like to make you aware of property changes due to the current circumstances: 

 

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is once again welcoming guests.

As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe.  In anticipation of your arrival, we would like to make you aware of property changes due to the current circumstances:

Effective December 7th. 2020 in compliance with San Diego County’s Public Health Order; Except as otherwise required by law, no hotel or lodging entity in California shall accept or honor out of state reservations for non-essential travel, unless the reservation is for at least the minimum time period required for quarantine and the persons identified in the reservation will quarantine in the hotel or lodging entity until after that time period has expired.

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is always our top priority. Effective May 1st, 2020: In compliance with San Diego County’s Public Health Order, a face covering is required for all persons age two and up, including hotel guests, when in public areas (such as lobbies or outlets) or within six feet of another person from a different household.

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is once again welcoming guests for overnight stays and for meetings/events. 

The pool area is open. Please note that reservations are required in order to enforce adequate social distancing.  The Jacuzzi remains closed per San Diego County’s Public Health Order.  Please contact the front desk at 858.756.1131 to sign up for pool time.  Reservations are currently limited to one two-hour time period per room per day.  Food and Beverage cannot be offered by the pool area at this time.

Effective December 7th. 2020: Morada Restaurant is open only for take-out and room service between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm. Our team at Morada Restaurant looks forward to serving you.

Room service is also available from 7:00am to 9:00pm.

Effective December 6th, 2020: The Huntsman is closed until further notice except for take-out orders following updated guidelines mentioned regarding alcohol service.*

*Effective July 1: In compliance with San Diego public health order, bars are no longer able to serve
alcohol without purchase of food. Alcohol will only be served with food purchase to guests when
seated at a table or through room service.

Valet service is not available at this time. Complimentary self-parking is included in our resort fee.
Please park in any available space in the valet or guest parking areas and proceed to the front
desk to check-in.

The fitness center is closed at this time.  Guests can sign up for a time to use free weights and other equipment on the Azalea Lawn by contacting the front desk at 858-756-1131

Effective December 6th, 2020: The Spa is closed until further notice

Effective October 11th, 2020: A light refresh of your room will be available daily. At check in, you will be asked if you would like to decline or get daily service throughout your stay. Should you decide to decline housekeeping service, please know we are still here to accommodate your needs! Just call the front desk to request any items you may need and we can arrange for contactless delivery to your room door.

Effective July 1st, 2020: In compliance with San Diego public health order, bars are no longer able to serve alcohol without the purchase of food.  Alcohol will only be served with food purchase.

For guests with reservations made on or after July 6, 2020, for arrival dates through December 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Reservations with pre-paid rates and other limited exclusions* will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

I appreciate the trust you place in our hotel and staff when you stay with us. The security and safety of our guests and team members, remains our highest priority.

Our hotel was built with the spirit of hospitality in mind and it is in that spirit that we show care and concern at every level. We are in the business of serving people and I want to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety both now and in the future.

While there have been no cases reported at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, in an abundance of caution, The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health departments and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

I know I speak for every member of our The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe family when I say that we take the greatest pride in the role we play in the lives of our customers, personally and professionally. I want you to know that you can continue to rely on us.
