Well, we can tell you where you ought to be: at Hats. Heels, & Hooves, Ranch & Coast Magazine‘s annual after-party for the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club’s Opening Day, held right here at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe!

This year’s Hats, Heels, & Hooves will once again be a glitzy, glamorous, and fantastically fun soiree, our impeccable pool terrace and Azalea lawn evoking the spirit of a Kentucky Thoroughbred farm as guests and Del Mar jockeys rub shoulders and celebrate a brand-new season at the venerable racetrack.

The action gets underway at 5PM with the close of Opening Day proceedings a stone’s throw away at Del Mar. General admission grants you a welcome cocktail and a lavish culinary spread by Casey Thompson of Top Chef fame. Our VIP partygoers, meanwhile, will kick things off with a cocktail, then enjoy dedicated service in a private zone, plus a pair of bottles of Moët & Chandon or Belvedere Vodka for the table and exclusive gourmet eats.
