Executive Chef Chris Haas has curated an-over-the-top Thanksgiving buffet featuring traditional favorites and his own coastal ranch cuisine. Highlights include a turkey carving station, spiral ham and the classic fixins as well as Cajun prawns, smoked salmon, crudité, charcuterie and desserts by Pastry Chef Elisabeth Woesle.
