Yoga Sessions

Enliven your senses in the Spa Courtyard with a rejuvenating yoga class every Saturday from 8:45am - 9:45am. Suitable for all levels.

$10.00 per person for Hotel Guests and Locals. Complimentary to Spa Members. We provide complimentary yoga mats, blocks, straps and water.

Lisa has been an Intuitive Energy Coach for more than thirteen years. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Social Sciences and is also a Reiki Master. She energetically supports you and teaches you how to find balance at the same time.

Our fitness center features the latest in cardio and strength training equipment,
including state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary cycles, and stretching
and weight-training equipment.

Each cardio machine is fitted with 15-inch flat screen televisions and complimentary headsets. All workout areas offer views of the Azalea lawn area.
