Director of Sales and Catering
Reese handles group sales for the local San Diego market and east of the Mississippi, along with vertical markets of pharmaceuticals, bio-technology & Products, medical services & devices, and law. Prior to working at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, she spent nine years at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara where she excelled and fine-tuned her skills as a group sales manager while achieving President Club Winner for 2005 and 2007. Previously, she also served as an Executive Meeting Manager at La Costa Resort & Spa and Catering/Group Sales Manager for Pyramid Hotel Group. She and her husband live in San Diego with their Labrador Retriever named Blue.
National Sales Manager
Rooney handles group sales for the North San Diego market and west of the Mississippi, along with vertical markets of automotive, finance, insurance, software, entertainment and computer manufacturing industries. Prior to working at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, she served as a Groups Sales Manager at the luxury Boston property, The Colonnade Hotel. She and her fiancé live in San Diego and love to travel and cook.
Catering Sales Manager
Kecia coordinates the social market at The Inn to inlcude but not limited to weddings, anniversary, birthday, engagement and baby shower events. Prior to joining The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, Kecia spent four years with Destination Hotels and Resorts at one of their flagship properites, L'Auberge Del Mar where she also handled the social market.
Kecia is a native San Diegan and resides in Rancho Penasquitos with her husband Tony and their 3 young girls. Kecia enjoys camping, cooking and scrapbooking.
Conference Services Manager
Rachel manages the conference services and social catering events for The Inn. Prior to joining The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, she obtained over eight years of experience in event management, marketing and product development for Aveda and Kohl's corporate headquarters. Newly relocated to San Diego's North County from the Midwest, she and her husband enjoy spending time at the beaches and exploring the coastal cities.
