Kathy Reese

Kathy handles group sales for the local San Diego market and east of the Mississippi, along with vertical markets of pharmaceuticals, bio-technology & Products, medical services & devices, and law. Prior to working at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, she spent nine years at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara where she excelled and fine-tuned her skills as a group sales manager while achieving President Club Winner for 2005 and 2007. Previously, she also served as an Executive Meeting Manager at La Costa Resort & Spa and Catering/Group Sales Manager for Pyramid Hotel Group. She and her husband live in San Diego with their Labrador Retriever named Blue.

Katie Rooney

Senior Sales Manager

Katie handles group sales for the North San Diego market and west of the Mississippi, along with vertical markets of automotive along with owned corporate accounts in Southern California. Prior to working at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, she served as a Group Sales Manager at the luxury Boston property, The Colonnade Hotel. She and her husband, Kevin, live in Cardiff-by-the-Sea with their Norwich Terrier, Norie. They love to travel and cook.

Stephanie Tewksbury

Stephanie has been a part of The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe team since 2006. She started her employment as a Reservation Agent and has worked in several positions including Front Desk Supervisor and Sales and Catering Coordinator. She now handles Catering Sales for Corporate Groups of all sizes as well as managing Conference Services. She, her husband Wes and son Daniel live in Hidden Meadows with their two Russian Blue cats, Storm and Chloe. They enjoy going to the movies and spending time with family.

Rebecca Graves

Rebecca handles the planning and servicing of the weddings that are booked at the hotel and takes joy in making the bride and groom's special day come alive. Prior to working at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, she spent two years at Trump National Doral in Miami, FL gaining experience in both Conference Services & Catering Sales and serviced nearly 120 groups over the course of that time. She also worked at the Florida Aquarium as a Catering Coordinator handling the social market, primarily weddings.

Rebecca enjoys taking advantage of all that San Diego has to offer. Some of her favorite things to do is CrossFit, traveling and spending time with friends & family.

Morgan Wessells

Morgan welcomes our future couples to the Inn as she provides an introduction of the grounds, the team and the services of The Inn for a couple’s dream day.

Before landing at the Inn, she spent time as a Catering Sales Manager at the Hilton Mission Valley San Diego contracting and servicing weddings and events. Prior to the Hilton, she was a venue coordinator at Wiens Family Cellars in Temecula, where she was able to coordinate nearly 250 weddings.

Morgan is a true Southern Californian girl. She is a resident of Mission Valley and loves everything San Diego has to offer. She loves to venture to the nearest hike, watch and attend any sporting events –  especially hockey, baseball, and football games, is an active country concert goer, Disneyland tripper and beer and wine taster!
