Azalea Room
For large get-togethers, The Azalea Room is ideal. With 1,900 square feet, The Azalea Room boasts 13- foot, unobstructed ceilings and dividing walls. Yet it’s as versatile as it is spacious. The Azalea Room is perfect for general sessions and breakouts. Meanwhile, the adjoining Azalea Lawn with its ivy covered trellises and built-in terrazzo dance floor, provides a perfect site for al fresco break, luncheon buffet or dinner dance under a canopy of stars.

Garden Room
The recently and extensively restored Garden Room in the historic Main Building of The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego is an elegant place to meet and greet. The addition of French doors brings the breathtaking scenery of the grounds inside with you, The Garden Room Terrace overlooks the stunning front lawns of the property and the fabled Village. The Garden Room itself has been returned to its original splendor of beamed ceilings and wrought iron fixtures. With more than 2,100 square feet of space beneath generous 10-foot ceilings, The Garden Room seats up to 200 guests comfortably.

Croquet Cottage
Welcome to The Croquet Cottage, the perfect combination of relaxed elegance and functional, mid-sized business space. Crowned with vaulted wooden ceilings with fans and chandeliers, the 1,000 square foot space is as comfortable in business clothes as it is in a social setting. Two sets of double French doors bring the outdoors inside when opened to The Croquet Lawn. The large stone wood-burning fireplace and area rugs help give The Croquet Cottage its breezy residential feel. Groups of up to 80 guests may be seated comfortably.

Catalpa Cottage
For smaller, intimate get-togethers, unique board meetings or strategic sessions, The Catalpa Cottage is an ideal option. This freestanding meeting and banquet room accommodates up to 18 guests in comfortable seclusion with our state of the art board table and ergonomic chairs.  The Catalpa Cottage offers windows on three sides for an open feel and a built-in projection screen for presentations. Its adjoining patio can host coffee breaks, group luncheons or outdoor breaks seamlessly within the meeting day.

Cottage Living Rooms
There’s no more inviting site for informal meetings or small group hospitality than the living rooms of one of our six Private Cottages. Each living room has an inviting fireplace, guest bath, dining room or dining area and a full-sized kitchen which you can use to create your own favorite entrees, or it can serve as staging area for The Inn's culinary staff. The private cottages have one, two or three adjoining bedroom/bath combinations. You may request them as part of a group room block or reserve one individually.
